Qa Engineer

-Managing nonconformance and Material Review Board (MRB) control.


-Ensuring qualification of First Article Inspection (FAI) Reports for new suppliers, parts, tooling, and changes.


-Overseeing customer quality management.


-Implementing proper containment procedures to prevent defective parts from reaching the customer.


-Handling Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and coordinating sample submissions to customers.


-Monitoring in-process quality control and addressing non-conformance actions to prevent recurrence.


-Leading 8D discussions and following up on corrective action effectiveness.


-Conducting process line audits.


-Collaborating with Operations and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.


-Working with suppliers on improvements for New Product Introduction (NPI) parts, drawing changes, measurement method correlation, and other related issues.


-Supporting adhoc activities as requested by superiors.

; Requirements:-


-Degree in any Engineering discipline, or equivalent.


-Skills: Knowledge of ISO9001 related and familiar with QC tools (SPC, 8D, FMEA, MSA) and GDandT.


-Work Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in QA.


-Experience in product quality or process quality management.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             


-Able to read technical drawings.
