Qa Engineer

Key Responsibilities: CMM Operation: Set up and operate advanced CMM equipment to perform precise measurements of CNC machined components.Develop and maintain measurement programs, including the creation of inspection plans and CMM scripts.Quality Inspection: Conduct regular inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.Document inspection results and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Standards and Compliance: Ensure all quality assurance processes comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and customer requirements.Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems.Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues and non-conformance reports, employing root cause analysis techniques to identify problems and recommend corrective actions.Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and the use of measurement tools.Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in measurement technology.Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other methodologies.Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization
