Carrying out inspections and checking and perform machine buyoff according to customer specification and internal set requirementsEvaluate, investigate, track and complete nonconformity feedback through effective and established corrective action handling processesEnsure accurate documentation of evaluation and investigation results with the assigned corrective action recordsFacilitate and promote use of appropriate problem-solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective actionUpdate internal concerned team in timely manner regarding the status of quality issues or any requests. Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as requiredCommunicate with other departments to review nonconformity response, verify records and perform corrective action effectiveness closure verificationTimely execution of risk-based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projectsDevelop/support Best Practices and drive for consistent implementationRecommend and implement enhancements to the quality system that result in improved factory quality performance, increased customer satisfaction, and/or simplification of processesUndertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closureJob Requirements Bachelor's degree in quality, mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred or with minimum 2 years of relevant experienceSystems knowledge and familiarity (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF16949 etc)Customer quality assurance and previous audit experienceGood working knowledge in SPC and problem-solvingAbility to communicate effectively, attention to detail and with organizational skills
