Qa Executive

1.1 Ensure that QA manpower utilization is properly managed.

1.2 Planning and monitoring quality control for daily activities.

1.3 Check daily QA inspection result and per-shipment inspection result.

1.4 Conduct spot check at QA, Production and Packing.

1.5 Practice good housekeeping concept and ensure cleanliness in the QA workstation area.

1.6 Ensure all QA documents and records are submitted to the supervisor.

1.7 Assist QA/ PQC Supervisor to monitor the QA/ PQC inspectors in daily QA operation to ensure the QA progress run smoothly.

1.8 Witness sealing activities and ensure all documents and records are sufficient.

1.9 Preparing and record samples for customers.

1.10 Responsible for organizing and monitoring daily QA inspection activities.

1.11 Ensure that the products after production are inspected in accordance to established quality standard.

1.12 Ensure QA Inspection and tests according to SOP requirements.

1.13 Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly quality reports.

1.14 Preparation Pre-shipment Reports.

1.15 To liaise with production for quality issue.

1.16 Ensure the product quality meet the quality standards set by the company.

1.17 Check the attendance, extra overtime and make arrangement.

1.18 Update yesterday's performance, LAR, failure lots status, housekeeping and outstanding.

1.19 To ensure the testing equipment in good condition.

1.20 Update and revise form QA, Specification, and others.

1.21 Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
