ResponsibilitiesAssist in applying for and maintaining HACCP certification.
Develop and monitor critical control points and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all operations comply with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, Mesti, GMP+, ISO22000, FSSC or GFSI).
Process Flow and SOPsDesign and update process flow charts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct regular reviews of processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
QualificationsBachelor's degree inFood Science ,Microbiology , or related field.
2 years experience in quality assurance roles within the food industry.
Familiar with Food QA system/certification such as Mesti, HACCP, GMP, GMP+, ISO22000, FSSC or GFSI.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
