Job Description Assist QA Assistant Manager for the full spectrum of QA function, including supervision of his or her subordinate in QA department, monitor the product or process quality control to enhance for continual improvement. Ensure quality of incoming and outgoing products are maintained through the use of adopted sampling method, testing equipment and other quality control tools. Train his or her subordinates to ensure their tasks are consistently performed accordance to the specific job functions. Ensure proper documentation control at QA Department to ensure the required documents are available as and when required. Implement statistical process control to monitor departmental target or objectives as and when necessary.Ensure and verify corrective action that is taken by relevant parties to prevent from any re-occurrence at various stages of production process control. Ensure any non-conformities detected at in-coming, in-process or pre-shipment are segregated for unintended use and report to immediate superior and above. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that products meet the legal requirements of the markets . Preparing and submitting necessary documents to regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA, EMA) for product approvals, renewals, and modifications. Liaison with Regulatory Bodies: Acting as the main point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities, addressing any questions or issues that arise. Staying updated on regulations and guidelines that affect product development and marketing. Labeling and Advertising: Ensuring that product labels and promotional materials comply with regulations.Identifying potential regulatory risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Monitoring products once they are on the market to ensure ongoing compliance and safety.
