Qa Manager

Requirements. The qualified candidate will have extensive experience with, and exposure to, discrete manufacturing processes; in particular he/she should have a depth of knowledge in sheet metal fabrication processes.
Job Description • Responsible for all aspects of quality control and assurance activities from raw materials to finished products.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the calibration and quality system.
• Implement approved quality standards and specifications.
• Direct, control and motivate all quality assurance personnel in all aspects affecting work performance.
• Initiate a comprehensive quality internal audit program in compliance with ISO 9000 requirement
• Responsible for the effective implementation of the Company's quality control program to ensure that Company's products are met with the least possible number of rejects/defects.
•Ensure quality assurance activities are carried out according to schedule and guidelines.
• Initiate investigations and respond to customer complaints on the product on a timely basis.
• Assist to trouble-shoot quality problems by analyzing the data collected daily and through evaluation
• Execute quality assurance policies, training and methodology.
