Job Responsibilities:
Mainly focusing on both manufacturing process and customer quality engineering improvement of PCB.
Regularly quality review with internal team and interact with customers, improving product quality.
Drive internal team for continuous quality improvement and contribute to scrap cost reduction.
Drive for closure on product key quality issue.
Maintain and continuously improve the existing quality management system.
Ensure that the factory passes customer and third party certification smoothly.
Timeliness of process stability monitoring and abnormal condition identification.
Initiate cross-departmental exception handling and validation of related improvements for abnormal conditions.
Initiate improvement of relevant process segments for identified continuous improvement opportunities and validate their effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of working experience in quality management.
At least 10 years experienced in PCB/PCBA process quality control.
Familiar with quality tools, 6 sigma, RoHS Directive, 8D, MSA, SPC, Minitab and ISO9001 & IATF16949.
Be honest, diligent, hardworking, committed, responsible, with excellent morals and personality.
Good English, Chinese, and Malaysian communication both in writing and spoken.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
