Key Responsibilities:
Establish and enforce quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) compliant with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IATF).Monitor production processes and analyze data to identify and implement improvements.Lead quality audits, inspections, and testing activities.Address customer complaints, manage product recalls, and ensure resolution.Identify opportunities for process improvements through Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Manage quality-related costs and enhance cost-efficiency company-wide.Train and develop QA staff to strengthen quality control expertise.Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to boost satisfaction.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields.Minimum 10 years of QA experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.Fluent in English and Mandarin (Japanese proficiency is an advantage).Strong familiarity with IATF requirements and quality management systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.High attention to detail, data-driven approach, and commitment to integrity.Summary of Role Requirements:
