Qa/Qc Assistant

**Job Summary**:The QAQC Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of food products manufactured by the company. Working under the supervision of the QA & R&D Executive, the QAQC Assistant assists in implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control procedures to meet regulatory requirements and company standards.**Key Responsibilities**:- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and protocols.- Maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.- Monitor production processes to identify and address potential quality issues.- Assist in conducting routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.- Perform sensory evaluations and physical tests to assess product quality attributes such as appearance, texture, and flavor.- Record and analyze test results, identifying deviations from specifications and initiating corrective actions as necessary.- Monitor and maintain the calibration and performance of laboratory equipment.- Prepare reports summarizing quality control activities, including test results, trends, and compliance status.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control data, including batch records, certificates of analysis, and inspection reports.- Assist in investigating and documenting non-conformances, complaints, and quality incidents, collaborating with other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.**Qualifications and Skills**:- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in quality assurance or quality control roles.- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO).- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.**Other Benefits Offered**:- Medical Benefit- Group Insurance- Training will be provided**Rewards**- Career growth & development opportunities**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,900.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Sungai Petani (required)Ability to Relocate:- Sungai Petani: Relocate before starting work (required)
