Qa/Qc Engineer

1.
Supervision of inspection day to day activities and ensure conformance to project specification and standard.
2.
Ensure QA/QC activities are planned and executed in line Company's HSE Production requirements.
3.
Inform Superior of potential problems and updates the daily progress or project report.
4.
Ensure the quality of work carried out by personnel in the QA/QC Department able to meet quality objective.
5.
Ensure all the quality record properly keep and maintain.
6.
Ensure all QA/QC personnel are adequately trained and qualified to satisfactory perform their duties.
7.
Give technical advice to QA/QC Superintendent and QA/QC Inspector.
Requirements 1.
Degree in Metallurgy or Material science or Mechanical Engineering or Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tools & Die/Welding or equivalent.
2.
At least 3 years experiences in inspection activities.
3.
Knowledge and competency skills in NDT.
4.
Familiar with the requirements of QMS System and other related specifications such as API5L 5.
Certified CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspection, PCN Level 2 Welding Inspection 6.
Implement ISO 9001 Standards and worked based in international Standard ISO
