Qa/Qc Engineer

We are looking for someone to join our team as a QA/QC engineer for our project in Tiulon, Keningau:
Scope of Works:
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with plans and specifications.
- Perform basic quality control inspections of materials and workmanship.
- Assist with surveying and setting out structures.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on logistics and deliveries.
- Assist with resolving minor issues and answering questions from workers.
- Assist with check-list items and final inspections.
- Help close out project paperwork and contracts.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant building codes and safety regulations.
Requirements
-Education: At least a Diploma Degree or certificate in related fields
-Minimum 2-3 years working experience in construction, building management or related field
-Responsible, can work independently and under minimal supervision
-Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis.
-Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
-Proficiency in using Excel.
-Strong leadership, independent & good and effective communication skills with all levels within the organization, supplies and customers.
-Willing to work at Tiulon, Keningau (on site)
