Responsibilities:Manage Quality Control and assist in the implementation of FSQMS (Food Safety & Quality Management System).
Lead QA/QC activities pertaining to the environment monitoring program.
Verify and validate the environment monitoring program (EMP), hygiene, and sanitation of productions and the production areas.
Visit food production areas for inspection, hygiene monitoring, and sample collection.
Manage the micro lab to ensure accuracy, safety, and GLP are observed and ensure a disciplined working environment.
Provide relevant training to develop skills for laboratory personnel.
Support QA/QC in internal, external, supplier, CB, and 3rd party audits.
Resolve day-to-day technical problems and oversee product quality testing pertaining to microbiology testing.
Provide technical services and advice to the production department and support QA/QC on inquiries pertaining to product quality and Food Safety.
Review quality and food safety procedures and ensure continuous effectiveness.
Report food safety issues or concerns at the workplace to Superior.
Raise NCR/CAR to initiate corrective and preventive action on any non-conforming materials, product, process, and system failure pertaining to Margarine and fats.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time.
Safeguard occupational health and safety standards of the workforce.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related Science discipline.
At least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment where knowledge of Microbiology, Chemistry, and Food Processing is utilized.
Competent in Quality Control and Analytical work and able to drive the team to reach greater heights.#J-18808-Ljbffr
