Qa/Qc Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of raw materials, in process and finished product.- Responsible to ensure effective implementation of HACCP, pre-requisite program and quality system.- To support line troubleshooting and provide feedback to manufacturing department on all quality aspects.- To update relevant quality SOP, ISO and HACCP documents.- Liaise with certification body for compliance audit in GMP, HACCP and HALAL System.- To responsible for product quality sensory evaluation to meet customer expectation.- Conducting internal audit and plant review to ensure effective GMP.- Direct, control and motivate all subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance.- Assist in maintaining environmental management program and conducting supplier audit.- Responsible for Production Planning.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology or equivalent.- Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience in Food Industry.- Required Experience: Handling HALAL system, conduct internal audit and supplier audit.- Knowledge in GMP & HACCP.- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.- Able to work independently.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
