Job Responsibility
Responsible for all site quality activity and Year End ISO Audit.
Control and the distribution of all the company quality documentation.
Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
Assist any internal and external quality audits on behalf of the company management.
Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.
Recommend and implement improvements when required.
Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
Control all achieved documentation upon the completion of the project.
Assist in ad-hoc quality tasks/projects as required.
Prepare reports to satisfy the requirements of KAEFER management and other stakeholders.
Any other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
Must be Sarawakian person.
Shall be based in Bintulu site office.
Any engineering bachelor's degree or diploma.
Minimum 5 Years Experience in the field of Insulation.
Able to write method statements, ITP, and Quality plans.
Able to use any 3D software for drawing.
Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Good time management skills.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
