Qa Technician

Job Title:Quality Assurance Technician
Reports to:Quality Assurance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Perform daily inspection, visual or using QA equipment (CMM, Laser-Scan, etc.) as assigned by the immediate superior.
Input all inspection data into the inspection check sheet and obtain approval from the supervisor.
Report to supervisor and relevant parties for any non-conformities detected.
Ensure measuring tools and equipment used are calibrated and safely kept.
Maintain inspection records in an organized and tidy manner.
Liaise with production for quick turnaround of work in progress for clearance.
Provide daily updates on QA reports.
Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S principles.
Consistently apply company policies, procedures, and shop floor rules.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the department head.
