1. To assist the Head of Department, Legal & Compliance and QAC department with the implementation of the Operational Audit & Compliance, with a specific focus on the Quality & Environmental Management Systems, Certification and other Standards.
2. To ensure compliance of processes with required management systems such as chemical/scheduled waste management & ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TAPA, GDPMD.
3. To drive and facilitate improvements as a result of the audit to improve overall productivity and quality of people and processes.
4. To prepare, analyze and present audit summary reports annually to address and close audit findings on a timely manner.
5. To assist Head of Department, Legal & Compliance with management review and relevant management reporting.
6. To assist department to develop, manage and maintain Departmental Standard Operating procedure (SOP), Departmental Quality Objective /Key Performance Indicator (KPI), document registration and control or any.
7. To attend audit findings such as NCR summary within the scope of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certification and other management systems as required by the Company.
8. To manage, maintain and coordinate all matters in line with Schedule Waste Management within the requirements of DOE/ ISO 14001.
9. To assist technical support on quality issues, products/ services specification and non-conformances within the Company's operations.
10. To act as the Internal Auditor for TAPA-FSR certification and to undertake audit plans and implementations.
11. Ensure the development of quality culture on site to increase employee awareness to factors that may compromise on health, safety and management systems.
12. To be responsible and has the authority to define, implement and measure the effectiveness of the management systems in accordance with established SOP.
13. To attend to any other duties or assignments as and when deemed necessary by the Management.
14. To facilitate training on ISO and Document Control whenever necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have competency in CepSwam for Schedule waste management and Certified.
Competency in computer MS skills and reporting.
To perform task with high degree of confidentiality and with diligence in audit perspective.
To communicate and have good interactive skills with all levels of staff.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field preferred.
At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, TAPA, GDPMD & ISO27001 requirements, local laws and authorities.
Able to communicate effectively in English with external parties, independent and matured person with an eye for evaluating critical matters.#J-18808-Ljbffr
