They are expanding their financial planning analytics team and looking to hire a highly motivated and seasoned Data Scientist.The new roleCarry out daily QAD support and system maintenance.Work closely with the user to resolve the issues and close the ticket.Monitor ticket status, coordinate with the support team to make sure the tickets be closed timely.Support new program launch, such as data batch load and training.Support customization deployment and conduct tests with end users.Business requirement analysis.QAD deployment and project management.Requirements to succeedRecognized bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Logistics, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years experience in QAD support.Demonstrate ERP expertise in at least one of the following areas: manufacturing, distribution, and/or finance modules.Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
