QAQC Engineer (Mechanical)QAQC Engineer (Electrical) QAQC Engineer (Mechanical) JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITES Prepare ITP, Method of statement, Hydrostatic test package.Prepare inspection report.Daily coordination of all site work activities on Piping, Equipment installation.Carry out verification of purchased products in vendor's premises as specified in PO/Contracts.Witness the functional test, mechanical test, hydrostatic test of pumps/valves/instrument.Witness/perform final Visual & dimensional check of FRP tanks, pumps, valves etc.Quality control of sub-contractors at site.Coordinate with sub-contractor/vendor to resolve quality issues and follow up for corrective actions.Monitor and control quality of purchased products.Ensure identification and traceability of incoming, in-process finished products.Stipulate and control adequate criteria for workmanship.Monitor and control quality of special process performed.Ensure that all inspection, test and identifications are carried out according to quality plan or documented procedures.Ensure that all inspection and test equiment are properly calibrated and controlled.Ensure that all nonconforming materials and products are adequately controlled.Investigate the cause of the nonconforming products and the corrective action needed to prevent recurrence.Ensure that all quality reports and customers' complaints are analyzed with adequate corrective actions taken.Compilation of sub-contractor's quality records to manufacturing data Record (MDR).Ensure that quality records are properly stored and maintained.Any other tasks as assigned from time to time. QAQC Engineer (Electrical) JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Implement the necessary documents relevant to Electrical & Instrument in accordance with Project requirement.Ensure that quality in design is adequate.Ensure that adequate equipment and facilities are provided for verification of product quality.Ensure that all controlled documents are administered effectively.Quality control of sub-sontractors' Electrical & Instrument work.Daily coordination of all site work activities.Liaising with Client inspector/Authorised inspector to ensure project requirement are fully achieved through out the project.Coordinate with sub-contractor/vendor to resolve quality issues and follow up for corrective actions.Carry out verification of purchased products in vendor's premises as specified in contracts.Monitor progress of work executed by sub-contractors.Ensure that all inspection, test and identifications are carried out according to quality plan or documented procedures.Stipulates and control adequate criteria for workmanship.Monitor and control quality of special process performed.Ensure that all inspection, test and identifications are carried out according to quality plan or documented procedures.Ensure that all inspection and test equipment are properly calibrated and controlled.Ensure that all nonconforming materials and products are adequately controlled.Investigate the cause of the nonconforming products and the corrective action needed to prevent recurrence.Ensure that all quality reports and customers' complaints are analyzed with adequate corrective actions taken.Ensure that quality records are properly stored and maintained.Define quality requirement for service and installation of E&I products. JOB REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) with 5 Years QAQC experiences in EPC projects.Able to read, understand and interpret Single Line Drawing (SLD), MCC Drawing, Control Panel Drawing etc.Detail-oriented and have strong communication skills and able to work with people from all levels.Willing to work at vendor location or site.Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel.Experiences in wastewater, desalination, water utility package is preferred.
