Job Description:
A QAQC Engineer/Quality Inspector, or QA Inspector, is responsible for reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet company requirements.
Their duties include document control, measuring objects against their intended physical specifications, running quality tests, and identifying defects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Establishing quality standards for products the company produces and updating system status.
Scheduling and managing all audits, coordinating with all Departments and HQ as required.
Analyzing and interpreting audit results and introducing and controlling resulting actions required.
Document control for ISO 9001:2015 and compliance with all SOPs and documentation required for production.
Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards.
Recommending necessary adjustments and changes to production processes.
Inspecting and testing materials, tools, and equipment produced by the company.
Using gadgets such as micrometers, screw gauges, CMM, and scopes to measure products.
Removing products that don't meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality, then updating the system for rejects and/or reworks status.
Accepting or rejecting WIP and/or finished products, discussing inspection results with the production team.
Performing inspections at random to assess product quality.
Performing any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior/management from time to time related to the QHSE Department.
