Qaqc Executive (Construction)

Job Responsibilities-Develop and implement QAQC plans and procedures.-Conduct inspections and audits of construction activities.-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.-Review and approve materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project requirements.-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.-Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and audits.-Provide training and guidance to construction staff on QAQC procedures.-Prepare and present QAQC reports to management.   Job Requirements-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.-At least 5 years of experience in QAQC role within the construction industry.-Good knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules and regulations on quality standards-Knowledge of MS ISO9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, Qlassic, MS Office and AutoCAD-Required Skill(s): Excellent time and project management skills, good communication both oral and written skills
