Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure product conformity.
Establish quality standards and specifications for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify deviations from quality standards.
Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Perform inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to verify adherence to specifications.
Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues in real-time.
Investigate non-conformities and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspection and test results, including documentation of deviations and corrective actions taken.
Prepare quality documentation such as inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality metrics.
Communicate quality issues and trends to management and relevant stakeholders.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as needed.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
At least 3 to 5 years working experience in QAQC activities for construction works.
Intermediate level in computer applications i.e., Microsoft word, excel and power point;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision;
Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills;
Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines;
Good attention to detail and high commitment to accurate work;
Good working knowledge of QA/QC implementation;
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001);
Good working knowledge of international codes and standards;
