Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Science/Engineering/Manufacturing or relevant studies preferred
At least 3 years proven working experience in a similar capacity in the manufacturing sector
Experience as Management Representative / Lead Auditor is an added advantage
Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 and IATF16949 will be an added advantage
Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (Added Advantage)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assist and plan the inspectors' daily working schedule and tasks
Supervise QC team to carry out daily inspection, including Incoming, Process, and Finished Goods Quality Control
Monitor the measurement equipment calibration status and lab activities
Participate in customer complaints and internal investigations with Production and Engineering Department
Participate in internal and external ISO 9001 and IATF16949 audit preparation
Monitor supplier quality to enhance suppliers' performance
Prepare various quality reports and analysis data required by management
