Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the company's food safety and quality systems, encompassing HALAL, HACCP, GMP, etc.
Provide support and guidelines to the Production team to meet the requirements of food safety and quality systems.
Involved in daily planning, coordination, maintenance, safety & hygiene, and function of the production plant.
Ensure the production programs are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timeline.
Inspect incoming raw materials to verify the quality meets the company's requirements.
Develop quality process links with customers and suppliers through quality assurance programs and any processes relevant to food safety and quality standards.
Conduct investigations and solve customer complaints due to non-conformance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot quality-related issues in the production plant and other concerned departments.
Participate and assist in external and internal audit compliance with the Company's HALAL, GMP, HACCP best practices.
Perform other duties pertaining to food safety and quality when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent.
Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001 & Halal requirements.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the food/beverage industry.
Possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, outstanding interpersonal, teamwork skills, as well as analysis and presentation skills.
