Qaqc Executive

Candidate must possess at lease diploma or degree in any related fieldAt least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.Responsible for quality perfomance data.Responsible for performing production and quality control audits.Typical duties: assure compliance to in-house and/or external specification and standards, such as GMP, ISO regulations.Disseminate Quality related information effectively within all department.Identify the defect and find out the actual root cause, improvement correctiove action and support process in trouble shooting.Find alternative for quality improvement.Reply on customer CAR if required.Follow up inspection plan (new/revise).Supervise and lead a team of quality controllers to ensure strict quality control policies and procedures are adhered to.Assist in sample validation and verification when required.Reduce the costs of scrap, rejection and rework by increased quality awareness and standards of all manufacturing staffs.
