Qaqc Manager

ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain food safety management system (Procedure, HACCP manual and Food safety manual) following actual practice.
Verify required parameter test (physical, chemical, microbiological) for incoming materials and Finished Good in QC Laboratory is within specification and involve in quality troubleshooting if there is any quality issue occur.
Comply with Food Safety Standards and Food Act & Regulations.
Ensure pest control activity is in place (internal & external) and assign internal PCO to communicate regularly with external pest controller for any outbreak situation.
Ensure calibration test of equipment is in place (internal & external).
Verify and approve the new procedures/parameter/specification before commercialization.
Ensure verification program (internal audit, external lab test, mock recall) carried out according to its required frequency.
Monitor supplier performance (raw material & packaging material) from quality aspect.
Lead all regulatory audit, customer audit, supplier audit and internal audit.
Handle & reply customer complaint.
Plan & monitor yearly budget which is related to QAQC Department.
Plan and conduct yearly management review.
Plan and execute job rotation in department.
Minimum Requirements- Minimum Degree in Food Tech/ Food Science/ Microbiology/ Chemistry or equivalent with minimum seven (7) years of working experience with similar capacity.
- Preferable candidate with working experience in food industry.
- Candidate with FSSC22000 knowledge will be advantage.
