Qc Assistant (Alcohol Factory-Non Halal)

Responsibilities and Duties Lab Assist superior to maintain laboratory, including managing workflow, and complete of tests in time.Perform accurate and appropriate testing in the laboratory, according to established laboratory protocol and procedures.Responsible to monitor the quality control for semi-finished & finished goods to ensure the specification requirement are meet.Perform Incoming Quality Check (IQC) on raw material, packaging & chemical (COA) and ensure meeting the specified standard.Conduct returns good check from customer.Conduct in process quality check during production.Responsible for stock inventory control for stocks kept at QC Cold Room Production Work with Production on finished good product sorting & packingResponsible to carry out the in-process quality check such as to ensure the parameter confirmation for barrel washing.Ensure the specification (Label, product weight) for finished goods are met based on the standard.
Qualifications & Requirements Candidate must possess at least SPM or Certificate above in relevant field.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry.Experienced in QC in-line inspection in manufacturing or F&B industry will have an advantage.Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.Preferably junior staff specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.Willing to work in North Port, Klang.
