Qc Assistant

Job Description Assist in establishing, implementing, maintaining and updating HACCP, GMP and Halal Management System.Ensure the manufactured products meet the specified quality standards.Assist in organize and coordinate the work of Food Safety team.Report matters concerning food safety to top management.To perform internal audit activities and report non-conformity to the management.Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of equipment and work spaces.To ensure all legal standards are met.Work closely with production team. Responsibility for quality assurance an quality control activities.Ability to function well in a team, as they need to provide support as needed.Assist and provide other support and task required by the management.  Job Requirement Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Industrial Management, Food Science, or equivalent.At least 1-2 years in performing quality control or any related field.Experience in Food & Beverages Industry (Manufacturing)To keep all food safety, quality records and data in order at all time.Possess knowledge in HACCP Principles and Application.
