Job Responsibilities:Responsible for overall daily QC and Production operations.
Supervise operators' work progress to achieve daily production targets and comply with food product specifications.
Ensure operators comply with the company's SOP, Halal, GMP, and ISO 22000.
Implement incoming raw materials procedures (i.e., inspection of fresh raw poultry/seafood).
Handle production process arrangement and manpower backup.
Conduct On Job Training (OJT) to operators.
Participate and assist in audit inspection processes of JAKIM, VHM, ISO 22000, and customers & suppliers' audits.
Report findings of non-compliance and improvement areas to Management.
Maintain cleanliness of the production zone.
In charge of monthly stock checks & submit reports to Management.
Maintain good QC and production records.
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior/management from time to time.
Requirement:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food Science, Food & Beverage Services Management, or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in a Quality Control role or one year of experience working on a food production line.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Possess own transport.
Able to work at Sungai Buloh.
Able to work Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 5 pm (Alternate Saturday).
Rest on Sunday & all Selangor's public holidays.
