To perform microbiological testing according to SOPs, approved test methods and GLP.
To develop and validate new microbiology testing and new procedures.
To supervise lab technicians and plan the daily operation of QC laboratory to ensure all the QC tests and analysis are carried out effectively and comply with the regulatory requirements.
Perform basic QC test.
QC Inspection of Incoming Materials, WIP and Finished Products according to established specification.
Sampling according to established Inspection & Test Plan.
Practice and maintain 5S & cleanliness.
Data Entry & Records Keeping.
To maintain Equipment Calibration & Maintenance Programme.
Maintain the compliance of GLP, GMP, MS ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 QMS in the company.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science & Technology or its equivalents.
Minimum 1 year of QA/QC experience in pharmaceutical, traditional medicine or food manufacturing industry.
Preferable with working experience in microbiology laboratory, understand the requirements of ISO9001, ISO/IEC 17025, GMP and HACCP.
Must be willing to work @ Desa Tun Razak.
Problem solving skill and analytical skills.
