Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Oversee all 3 Quality Control stages (IQC, IPQC, FQC).
Ensure product quality to meet customer expectations and minimize customer complaints.
Assure the reliability and consistency of production by quality control at all stage processes until the final output.
Conducting analytical tests:Preparing samples in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting analytical tests on materials and finished products, following specific protocols, and providing timely and high-quality data reports that document test results.
Quality Control Processes:Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products. Establish and monitor in-process quality control measures to identify and address issues during production.
Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality assurance activities. Ensure that all quality-related documents, such as certificates of analysis, are properly maintained.
Customer Complaints and Resolution:Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality. Implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues.
Risk Management:Identify and assess risks related to product quality and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Implement risk management tools and techniques to enhance overall product quality.
Data Analysis:Analyze data related to quality metrics and key performance indicators. Use statistical tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Communication:Communicate with cross-functional teams and management regarding quality issues and initiatives. Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure a holistic approach to quality management.
Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, products, and quality systems. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformance.
Audits and Inspections:Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and adherence to quality standards.
Training quality control personnel:Build a strong work unit by training quality control personnel.
Complying with ISO accreditation requirements:Well-versed in ISO and conduct internal audits, management review meetings, and respond to external auditors on any NCRs arising.
Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
Job Specification:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any engineering field or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing environment.
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin & English.
Good experience and knowledge in ISO.
Independent, analytical, resourceful, able to articulate ideas well, enjoy problem-solving & challenges with a positive work attitude and approach.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
