Qc Inspector

Job Description          : Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies.
Perform inspection on incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
Perform inspection on in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisors/managers.
Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
Record inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste.
Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements                       : Possess minimum SPM level Chinese speaking environment with basic Bahasa and English Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferable Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn Independent, pro-active, positive working attitude Willing to work at Senai Possess own transportation Full time position available
