Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Position Title:Quality Control Inspector (QC) - (Experience/Non Experience/Interns & fresh graduates)
Working Location:Puchong
Working Hours:Monday – Friday : 8.30am – 5.30pm
Saturday - 8.30am – 1.00pm
Basic Salary:RM1800-RM2600
Duration:Full-time, Permanent
Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure production operations meet required standards.
Recommend any necessary adjustments and modifications to production processes to ensure product quality.
Inspect and test materials and equipment produced by the company to verify compliance with specifications.
Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to assess products for accuracy.
Accept or reject finished products and communicate inspection results with the production team for necessary improvements.
Perform random in-process inspections to monitor product quality at various stages of the production cycle.
Execute other related duties as assigned.
Minimum RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience working as a QC Inspector in the Precision Machining industry.
Familiarity with production processes in the Precision Machining field is essential.
Technical skills to understand and interpret blueprints, documents, and technical manuals.
Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer skills for documentation and quality reporting.
