Qc Manager (Chemical Industry)

Work location: Tanjung Langsat, Johor
Responsibilities: Develop departmental plans aligned with company goals and set annual objectives, breaking them down by section.Optimize departmental structure and job roles based on organizational needs and staffing requirements.Build and motivate the team through training and performance management to align with company culture.Manage the departmental budget and control expenses effectively.Create annual production forecasts and develop quarterly and monthly operational plans.Regularly review and adjust production plans, ensuring timely completion of objectives.Monitor process and quality indicators, implementing and refining quality objectives as needed.Adhere to regulations to control product costs and enhance yield.Assess staffing needs through work and quota analysis to improve productivity.Oversee inventory management and procurement to reduce costs and enhance turnover rates, while ensuring maintenance and performance checks of workshop equipment. Requirements: Bachelor's or higher degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Chemical specialty.Over 8 years in production, including at least 3 years in a managerial roleCandidates should have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and possess knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
