Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical fields.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as a Manager in the manufacturing environment.
To lead and manage QC Department to ensure product quality meets customer specifications.
Liaise with production or other departments for quality issues, control non-conforming products and ensure preventive and corrective action taken.
To be responsible for overall products quality performance and dimension inspection process.
Ensure the availability and updates of procedures related to Quality on each process.
Conduct training for related operation staff on product requirements and work instructions.
To lead on new product design or changes required for running products.
To support Internal and External Audit.
Liaise with external parties for any new project requirements.
Experience in handling ERP system.
