Minimum RequirementsMinimum two years working experience in a production environment, ideally in the Aluminium Industry.
Result-oriented and possess organizational and analytical skills to organize and manage inspections and achieve desired objectives and results.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and requirements and to translate into relevant inspection criteria.
Minimum Diploma in engineering, industrial, or production disciplines.
Degree holder preferable.
Salary to commensurate based on work experience, knowledge, and skill set.
Job ResponsibilitiesConduct analyses and studies on product quality, composition, and evaluation.
Conduct factory audits at supplier premises and prepare comprehensive reports regarding process and product quality and specifications in compliance with customer requirements.
Conduct root cause analyses with appropriate recommendations for improvements and incorporate preventive measures.
Plan and conduct incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections of raw material and finished products.
Control and monitor product and material quality during pre and post-production.
Liaise with customers and suppliers pertaining to quality issues.
Act as QC representative for customer inspections.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Prepare, compile, and maintain all quality-related reports and records.
