Job Description:
Supervise and manage the quality control team to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
Perform inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and recommend improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection reports, audits, and corrective action logs.
Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
Provide training and guidance to quality control team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Work closely with suppliers and external partners to address quality concerns.
Participate in internal and external audits as required.Job Requirements:Proven experience as a QC Supervisor or in a similar quality control role.
Strong understanding of quality control processes, tools, and techniques.
Ability to lead a team and manage quality-related activities effectively.
