In the automotive OEM sector, we are the approved supplier to top German car markets such as Mercedes Benz and BMW.
Meanwhile, Sika leads the field in total bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing and protection solutions for bus, truck and rail vehicle manufacturing, and for the assembly of appliances, industrial equipment and building components.

Job DescriptionOverall responsibilities to ensure the quality of product release is complying to QC Specification.
Conduct testing for each product accordingly to QC Specification before released to customer.
Conduct testing for shelf-life extension accordingly to the guidelines for shelf-life extension request.
Conduct verification to ensure closure of the NCI (Non-conformance internal) during product audit.
Conduct testing and report back to QC Leader for incoming Raw Material.
Keeping record for all data and finding based on QC testing conducted.
Working as a team to monitor and ensure all QC tools are calibrated within time frame given.
Ensure 5S concept are maintain throughout the workspace.
Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure QC comply with ISO9001 and ISO 14005.
Limitations of AuthorityNo purchase of equipment and/or material without approval from R&D Tech Manager/ GM.
QualificationsExperience in Laboratory at least 1 year, experience in same industry will be an advantage.
Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
Hardworking, able to work in shift.
Familiar with MS Excel.
Ability to work under pressure.
