Oil & Gas - Drilling (Mining, Resources & Energy)
1.The System & Regulation supervisor's accountability and responsibility is a key element of our Health and Safety Framework. To achieve our Zero Incidents, Zero Harm core value, leaders and employees across our entire organization must take accountability for health and safety. 
2.Facilitate, monitor and ensure the day to day implementation of CDPPM IMS policies/processes/procedures relevant to legal and compliance management.
3.To set a positive example to subordinates demonstrating integrity and positive leadership expected of the position. 
4.To champion best practice principles in relation to QHSE expectations and to meet or exceed industry standards / expectation.
5.Coordinate and review the CDPPM IMS Documents Management activities by reviewing all existing documents and engage with relevant departments in ensuring all the relevant documents are updated and implemented accordingly. 
6.Conducting gap analysis with existing policies / procedures to identify areas for improvement in QHSE management. 
7.Development and communication of new policies and procedures to address areas for improvement in quality management.
8.Develop, implement, and maintain an annual quality plan of the QHSEMS objectives for the respective year. 
9.Manage the development, implementation and completion of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the company's QA/QC processes. 
10.Liaise closely and interface with HSE management team and relevant departmental heads where required to deliver business objectives and KPI's. 
11.Coordinate the QHSEMS Objectives and Targets with each department by ensuring COSL HQ KPI and Objective &Target are properly planned and executed by all relevant CDPPM functions. 
12.Ensure the company's QHSE Systems and performances are systematically and continuously improved in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements. 
13.Manage the schedule and compliance for internal audit. 
14.To lead, support and guide QHSE team in relation to auditing activities including mentoring technical staff to ensure all inspections, audits, monitoring and measurement activities are carried out in accordance with CDPPM's IMS. 
15.Focal point for all management system audits. 
16.Liaising with customer's auditors and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions in compliance with internal and external specifications and expectations. 
17.Implement QA / QC in accordance with audits of products and processes. Connect with customers and manage QA/QC for project team. 
18.Manage the nonconformance report (NCR) database and ensure all actions are entered in a timely fashion and tracked to completion. 
19.Develop and maintain an annual QHSE audit schedule to include as a minimum, IMS compliance and supplier audit. 
20.Liaise closely with certification bodies and logistical teams to help facilitate and organize IMS Surveillance or IMS certification audits. 
21.Organize and manage quality assurance functions in close cooperation with the customer and with the Company's Management Team (Member of Management team). 
22.To work proactively with the client, meeting face to face whenever possible to develop positive relationships and healthy discussion that can benefit the contractual relationship. 
23.Act as a representative of the company QHSE function and behave in a way which does not bring company QHSE function or company reputation into disrepute 
24.Developing, promoting and communicating QHSEMS achievement and performance improvement goals and objectives throughout the organization. 
25.Manage the development and subsequent review and update of an integrated Corporate QHSE manual. Work closely with HSE Manager to ensure relevant HSE input.
26.Lead development and assist all HODs in the delivery of the annual IMS management review process and meetings. 
27.Attend Client and regulatory meetings as required. 
28.Conduct regular shore base and offshore visits (where possible) in line with management visit schedules. 
29.Identify and review the QHSE legal compliance for all CDPPM sites and monitor and track the improvement and corrective initiatives highlighted based on the evaluation that has been conducted. 
30.Ensuring compliance with National and International standards and legislation in Company's country of operation in accordance with CDPPM's Integrated Management System requirements. 
31.Liaise with International regulatory agencies pertaining to CDPPM's operations. 
32.Direct and conduct requirements in accordance with all required local and international standards. 
33.Identifying relevant QHSEMS-related training needs for all organizational personnel. 
34.Developing and managing annual Quality/Legal budgets as required. 
35.Set up systems for processing license/certificate applications and renewals for all company personnel. 
36.Perform the duties and obligations related to the company's integrated management system.
