This includes interpretation of requirements and management of documents, processes, and procedures.LegaleseUnderstand technical form of writing often used by lawyers. Must be detail-oriented and can break-down specifications into individual requirements for integration into the QMS/business.Effective Communicator This is a collaborative role with meaningful interfaces across product development, engineering, and operations. You must have strong technical writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively to a broad audience including senior leaders across the organization.Strong Decision-makerKnow how to effectively problem solve and use critical thinking skills that help find solutions to problems.Project ManagementWork ethic, responsiveness, and results orientation matter! With everyone driving hard to achieve the company's goals, it is critical to have strong project planning and structured approaches to big decisions.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Be a People Manager:Assist in the development of team members reporting to you.Set high standards of excellence and hold your team accountable.Frequently check in with team members on a one-on-one basis.Provide feedback to team members in real time.Reward and recognize positive impacts.Motivate and mentor team members to achieve successful outcomes.Be a Process Owner:Develop and drive performance metrics.Innovate the process from end-to-end and understand its relationships within a system of processes.Manager strategic projects, which includes handling stakeholder feedback and project selection.Lead business process engineering efforts to simplify and streamline the process.Be an Expert on Customer Requirements:Be accountable for the success of integration of requirements across value chain.Collaborate with local teams and remove roadblocks to defining and executing site deployment plan.Serve as a point of contact for Customer Requirements and hold stakeholders accountable.Coach and guide team members on review, interpretation, and response.Develop and lead QMS activities for requirements verification and validation.Be able to Manage the Customer Experience:Identify customer needs, respond to customer queries and escalations, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.Ensure closed-loop sharing of lessons learned.Drive continual improvement of the QMS.Education RequiredBachelor's Degree10+ Years of ExperienceExperience DesiredKnowledge of semiconductor, automotive industry, or other related manufacturingKnowledge of Micron's Quality Management SystemKnowledge of requirements managementKnowledge of AuditsKnowledge of SalesforceAbout Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
