Details of the offer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To be in-charge of the Document Control Centre (DCC).
2. To be the Document Controller to coordinate the preparation, update and distribution of documents within Cincaria Sdn Bhd and to external parties.
3. To proofread, amend and revise any documents submitted to the Document Control Centre (DCC).
4. To prepare letters, memos and meeting minutes.
5. To handle the general typing and filing of documents.
6. To handle the translation of documents from Bahasa Malaysia to English and vice versa.
7. To coordinate with all departments to amend, update & compile all ISO related documents.
8. To ensure that the company continues to qualify under the necessary for ISO certification.
9. To review and work with external certification body for any changes on ISO requirement.
10. To work with qualify certification body and organize for ISO 9001:2008 and 13485:2003 external Audit.
11. To ensure every department of the organization is fulfilling their functions and duties that has been assigned to them under the new system and standard.
12. To ensure that the system and standard must not reduce the productivity and efficiency of the organization.
13. To train all department and employees of AMC CINCARIA SDN BHD in any new System & Standard.
14. To establish a culture in the organization that respect and maintains the new system and standard.
15. To assist other departments to streamline their process flows and create/format the necessary forms.
16. To assist the Quality Management System (QMS) Manager on any projects assigned by top management.
17. To communicate well with suppliers as well as customers.
18. To work independently or as part of a team with minimum supervision.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
