Candidate must possess at leastBachelor Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Survey/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in construction, building management or related field will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to start immediately.
Working Location: Pulau Pinang
What you'll be doing:
Providing administrative support to the quantity surveying team, perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings and organising documentation.
Share the received tender inquiry with the relevant tender group for review and action.
Download all relevant tender documents and drawings to the project server for easy access by the team.
Coordinating and managing project documentation, including contracts and correspondence.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other documentation as needed.
Monitoring and tracking financial reports, including cost forecast, expenditure reports and variance analysis.
Maintain and organize important documents, such as project files, contracts and correspondence.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing efficient systems and procedures.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team.
