Job DescriptionPosition Responsibilities
Ensure products, processes, and systems meet Quality and Compliance Standards through the implementation of effective systems, procedures, and verification checks.
Drive Quality Management System (QMS) & Halal Assurance System (HAS) development, implementation & maintenance.
Manage product release, process deviations, quality incidents, and trade complaints for FMCG & Lifestyle Business.
Maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation for quality and compliance activities, ensuring traceability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with internal standards and best practices.
Monitor regulatory updates, industry standards, and market-specific compliance requirements. Identify emerging compliance trends, opportunities, and risks that may impact the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and opportunities, develop strategic plans to address challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct internal & external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, maintain traceability.
Provide technical support, compliance advisory, and training to strengthen business operations and build team capabilities.
Job RequirementsQualifications & Experience
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or related science field.
Min 2 years of working experience in FMCG Food Industry (Beverages) or related field.
Experience in Product Quality, Food Safety System, Halal, or Internal Auditor will be added advantage.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa.
Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working.
Smart Gadget & Computer literate – MS Office, Statistical Software, Performance & Efficiency App.
Self-starter, results-focused, able to multitask, organized, detail-oriented, dedicated and team player.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
