Quality And Sales Application Engineer

Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures, and quality management plans and procedures.Conduct thorough testing and analysis of products to identify and resolve defects. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints and issues. Provide technical support to customers regarding product usage and performance. Analyze product data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and quality management activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality engineering. Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
