Quality Assurance Auditor

Role Responsibilities Developing and implementing supply chain audit programmes based on qualified supplier risk assessments and new supplier qualification needs.Developing and implementing internal audit programmes to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards and continuous improvement.To execute planned supplier and internal audit programmes in a timely manner.Prepare audit reports and follow up on the audit findings and observations of internal and supplier audit.To facilitate external quality, regulatory and customer audits to ensure compliance with the respective standards.To maintain and notify relevant stakeholders on the schedule of external quality audits to ensure all necessary planning are completed and comprehensive.To provide monthly reports on the status of audits conducted.To review the CAPA response for internal and external audit findings and ensure timely and appropriate response to the auditing body.Provide training, assistance and support to other staff on audit requirements and standards.Responsible to ensure compliance with all the requirements of external audits.Ensure that all external auditors logistics are well prepared and planned.Responsible in auditing supply chain to ensure compliance with our requirements.Responsible to investigate and identify the gaps and improvement in the quality management systems with internal audits.To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks provided by superior.Role Requirements Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Science or any related discipline.Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Detail oriented, organized & easily to adapt with changes.Proficient in MS Office Application.Applicants must be willing to work in Pontian, Johor.
