Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Automated Testing Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our infrastructure automation solutions.
You will work closely with the development team to understand the requirements and create automated test scripts that validate against customer's requirements.
Job Responsibilities:Test Automation Development: Design and implement robust, scalable and high-quality test automation scripts using test automation tools.
Framework Design: Develop and maintain test automation framework to support CI/CD pipelines.
Test Case Execution: Execute automated test cases, analyze results and report defects in collaboration with development teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owner and product manager to understand the requirements, provide feedback and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve test processes and tools and implement best practices in test automation.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, scripts and test results.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues in test automation environment and scripts.
Primary Skill Set:Proficiency in any test automation tools to support Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Strong programming skills in Python, Ansible, Terraform.
Familiarity with version control system (i.e Git).
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies and practices.
Experience with various types of testing (i.e functional, regression, performance).
