Quality Assurance (Electronics) Executive

Quality Assurance (Electronics) ExecutiveResponsible for leading quality improvement activities with other departments such as Production Engineering, Production, Maintenance, etc.
The activity targets reducing and eliminating internal defects that occur during production and improving product quality.
Lead quality improvement activities in the electronics plant with other departments.
Conduct analysis based on findings by team members.
Consider improvement items and implement them into the process, then monitor their effectiveness.
Develop effective actions that reflect in other processes as part of horizontal expansion activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in a quality assurance or related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
