Client Background:
We are representing our Client, a prominent manufacturer of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products. Their business operations cover the manufacturing and distribution of medical products, emphasizing customer-focused product development and responsiveness to market trends.
Job Description:
Ensure periodic updates and reviews of SOPs, work instructions, and other quality documents.
Maintain GMP records such as BMRs, IPC forms, SOPs, logbooks, and internal forms for production.
Execute, monitor, and validate adherence to quality control programs and procedures.
Implement and track corrective and preventive actions internally and externally.
Conduct on-site inspections to verify corrective and preventive actions.
Approve final product release in the Quality Manager's absence.
Revise and implement SOPs for safety, minimizing cross-contamination.
Monitor lab tests (IPQC/FPQC).
Ensure raw, excipient, and packaging materials meet specifications.
Approve and release finished products.
Periodically evaluate supplier performance.
Handle internal audits, product complaints, and resolutions.
Conduct internal GMP training for operators and QC staff.
Address and escalate issues with solutions.
Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Science/Biology/Chemistry, with a minimum of 3 years in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin.
Able to work independently, multi-task, and collaborate well with other team members.
Good understanding of GMP and HALAL.
Previous experience in training delivery and quality assurance is preferred.
