Quality Assurance Executive

QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE DUTIES:
Responsible for quality assurance and quality improvement activities.Liaise with customers on quality issues and coordinate internals' corrective and preventive action.Manage the quality functions including In-coming, In-process, Out-going and customer satisfactionsLead QC to perform daily task effectively and continuous improvement actions. To establish and review standard operating procedures, work instructions, flow chart and specifications and ensure proper documentation and well maintenance of records.To play a role determinating on food safety and quality issues and oversee continuous improvement of the Company 's quality system. Review and monitor proper execution and maintenance of Quality Management Systems confirming to GMP, HACCP standards and establish continuous improvement programs.To take part in internal auditing and assume a key role in our Answering Committee during external audits.Manage to answer to customer complaints and non-conformance findings.Assist the management team in taking charge and determinate on all matters pertaining quality assurance and quality control in the companyWHAT WE MAY NEED FROM YOU:
Self motivated, determined and good problem solving skills with a solid foundation in Quality Assurance systems.Positive-minded, inspirational, willing to take the extra mile and proactively involves in the Company's affairs.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science or equivalent.At least 1 to 2 years work experience in a related sectorExperience in GMP and HACCP will be added advantage.Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
