Quality Assurance Executive (Qa/Qc)

Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation within the company
2. Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical
documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
3. Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of
documents.
4. Performs the Document Control function and Maintain proper organization and storage of
documents
5. Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the
appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
6. Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody
without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability
7. To ensure all the operators follow the procedure and instruction.
8. To conduct necessary product testing.
9. Plan and conduct QMS Internal Audit, follow up on Audit reporting review, monitor and
closure for effective Internal Audit.
10. Ensure all the QC test equipment and tools are recorded in the master list and scheduled for
the maintenance and calibration .
11. To prepare product specification safety data sheet and related documents to the product.
12. Responsible to follow up and update the RoHS Lab Analysis Report and certification.
